What you can expect

  • Strategic Impact – You will play a key role in shaping and driving our performance marketing strategy across multiple paid channels, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads (Search, Display, PMAX, Demand Gen, YouTube).

  • Operational Excellence – You will independently manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns with a focus on Google Ads, while also leveraging platforms like Meta Ads, Pinterest, and Microsoft Bing.

  • Performance & Funnel Optimization – You will plan and execute data-driven campaigns aligned with our growth objectives, continuously refining audience targeting, creative testing, and funnel strategies to maximize ROI.

  • Budget Ownership & Forecasting – You will actively contribute to strategic budget planning, oversee efficient budget allocation, and provide accurate forecasts and insights across all paid channels.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration – You will partner closely with our Creative and Analytics teams to develop compelling ad concepts, implement technical setups (ad extensions, audience lists, tracking), and ensure seamless funnel execution.

  • Analytics & Insights – You will take full ownership of campaign reporting, transforming performance data into actionable insights and clear next steps for continuous optimization.

What we expect from you

  • Channel Knowledge – You have solid, operative experience with Google Ads, as well as first experiences with Meta Ads, Pinterest, and Microsoft Bing, understanding how to combine channels to build an integrated paid marketing strategy.

  • Analytical & Technical Skills – You are confident using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and familiar with conversion tracking tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, URL parameters, data layers).

  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset – You use performance data to make informed decisions, identify growth opportunities, and continuously optimize campaigns with measurable business impact.

  • Proactive & Curious – You work independently, are highly organized, and have a passion for testing new tools, formats, and campaign types to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Language Skills – You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

The gross annual salary starts at €53,200. Your actual salary will, of course, depend on your qualifications and experience, and will be discussed with you personally.
